Kirit Jaswant Shah, a resident of Mumbai, alleged that he had bought a flat from Tulsiani Construction and Developers Limited in Lucknow. For this, the victim also gave Rs 86 lakh to the company. Despite this, he has not got the flat. In such a situation, the person has lodged an FIR against Gauri Khan, because Shah Rukh’s wife is the brand ambassador of this company. Apart from Gauri, the names of several other members of the company are also included in this complaint. This case has been registered under section 409 of IPC.

In his complaint, the complainant has registered a case against Gauri Khan as well as the company’s chief MD Anil Kumar Tulsyani and director Mahesh Tulsyani. The person has also mentioned in his complaint that he had bought the flat only after being influenced by brand ambassador Gauri Khan.
