After this he decided to approach the court. In the complaint, the journalist sought criminal action against the actor and his bodyguard.

Metropolitan Magistrate RR Khan, in his order, said that in the police complaint registered in connection with the case, he was charged under section 504 of the Indian Penal Code, which deals with insulting with intent to provoke breach of the peace, and 506 criminal intimidation. have been installed. During the hearing of the case in the court, Salman Khan’s lawyer had asked for exemption from his appearance, which was also accepted by the court.
Salman Khan later filed an application under CrPC 482 in the Bombay High Court seeking quashing of the case. The court has now accepted this application and has given a big relief to the actor in this matter.
