Later, in this matter, the journalist filed a complaint with the Andheri Magistrate. The lawyer of the journalist had told that the incident took place on 24 April 2019. Ashok Pandey was taking photo with Salman. During this, a bodyguard allegedly assaulted her and snatched her phone. He also alleged that the DN Nagar police had refused to register a complaint. After this he decided to approach the court. In the complaint, the journalist sought criminal action against the actor and his bodyguard.

Actually, in the dispute related to the year 2019, summons was issued to Salman Khan and his bodyguard Nawaz Sheikh on 22 March 2022. Metropolitan Magistrate RR Khan, in his order, said that in the police complaint registered in connection with the case, he was charged under section 504 of the Indian Penal Code, which deals with insulting with intent to provoke breach of the peace, and 506 criminal intimidation. have been installed. During the hearing of the case in the court, Salman Khan’s lawyer had asked for exemption from his appearance, which was also accepted by the court.

Salman Khan later filed an application under CrPC 482 in the Bombay High Court seeking quashing of the case. The court has now accepted this application and has given a big relief to the actor in this matter. Talking about Salman’s workfront, Salman’s most awaited film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan will release in the month of April itself. Apart from this, the sequel of Tiger film will also be released this year.
