Rocky and Rani Ki Prem Story: Filmmaker Karan Johar’s film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ is all set to hit the theaters this month. Fans are eagerly waiting to see this love story. The film stars Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Jaya Bachchan, Dharmendra and Shabana Azmi in lead roles. If reports are to be believed, even before the film’s release, the CBFC has suggested changes in some abusive words.

According to media reports, a derogatory word has been used several times in the film. which has been changed to ‘Behen Di’, while the rum brand Old Monk has been replaced by ‘Bold Monk’. A dialogue containing a reference to ‘Lok Sabha’ and West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee has been cut. It is being said that there was a dialogue in the film. In which ‘women were being insulted’. Due to which this dialogue was removed, while the word ‘bra’ was replaced with ‘item’. ‘Rocky and Rani Ki Love Story’ received its censor certificate from the CBFC on Wednesday. The film will be of 2 hours and 48 minutes.

If reports are to be believed, Ranveer Singh recently gave an interview. In which he talked about the film. He had said that “this film is Karan Johar’s ‘Karan Johar-est film'”. The feeling of ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’ will come back in people after watching this movie. He also said that Karan Johar is bringing back the kind of cinema that we have grown up watching on the big screen. It has been a huge part of our lives. For an entire generation, Karan’s Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham… are nothing less than cult classics. These films are an integral part of our times to come. I believe this ‘Rocky and Rani’ love story will truly make people happy. There will be smiles on their faces and warmth in their hearts. The film is slated to release in theaters on July 28.
