Khesari Lal Yadav: The Chhapra court has issued a non-bailable warrant against superstar actor and singer Khesari Lal Yadav of Bhojpuri films. If reports are to be believed, this warrant is related to a 2019 case. It is being said that the actor has taken bail once before to avoid arrest. In such a situation, the difficulties of the singer may increase.
According to media reports, in 2019, the court has issued this warrant in the case of purchase of a land and check bounce. Actors are not appearing in the court during the hearing. Due to which the time of the court was wasted and the hearing of the case could not be done properly. This is the reason why the court has issued a non-bailable warrant. Chapra Court’s Judicial Magistrate Category Priyanshu Sharma has issued this order in Rasulpur police station case number 120/19 in NI Act trial number 2676/23. Khesari Lal Yadav is an accused in this case.
Interim bail also canceled
If reports are to be believed, the Chhapra court has also canceled the interim bail order granted to Khesari Lal Yadav. In such a situation, the matter has become very complicated legally. It is believed that the actor may be arrested.

A case was filed against Khesari Lal Yadav by Mrityunjaynath Pandey, a resident of Ashani village of Rasulpur police station. This case was registered on 16 August 2019. For the last four years, the case is going on in the court regarding check bounce.
