Dwarakish was known for his comedy roles in films. He had given a distinct identity to the famous Hindi playback singer late Kishore Kumar in the Kannada film industry with the song Aadu Aata Aadu.

Dwarakish did diploma in mechanical engineering. After which in 1964, he debuted in Sandalwood i.e. Kannada film industry. He got a lot of popularity by playing a comedy role in his first film. Apart from being a successful actor, he also worked as a Mirmata. He debuted as a producer with director Rajkumar’s famous film Mayur Muthanna Se (1969). Let us tell you, Dwarkish has produced about 48 films, apart from this he has also directed 19 films.
