Sirsa: A unique initiative is being taken by the district administration to ensure that the education of children does not get affected due to the shortage of teachers of various subjects in government and primary schools. According to the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Partha Gupta, the syllabus of children will be completed through District Intervention for Knowledge, Strengthening and Holistic Advancement (Deeksha Program) in selected schools. Lecture videos of various subjects have been downloaded on the Diksha app in the district, initiation will be given to children through smart boards and tablets in schools. In order to make the program meaningful, duties of teachers have also been imposed in a planned manner. The Deputy Commissioner said that Sirsa would be the first district to get the children completed the syllabus through Diksha app. In 680 government and primary schools in the district, the syllabus of the children will be completed by meeting the shortage of 15 to 20 percent teachers of various subjects. Apart from this, all the doubts related to the education and syllabus of the children will also be cleared. For this, orders have been given to all the school heads. Along with this, parents are also being motivated to make their children complete their syllabus through these apps.

He informed that after the winter vacations, preparations have been made according to the schools in the district so that the syllabus of the children in the schools is not affected. Under Shikshit Sirsa-Sashakt Sirsa Abhiyan, children from class 1st to 12th will get their syllabus completed through this app. A special campaign is being run to make the academic work effective in all the classes of all the government schools of the district and to achieve completeness of the concerned subject due to the shortage of subject teachers. Deputy Commissioner Partha Gupta said that through Diksha app, students from classes 1 to 12 will get benefit. Apart from English, Hindi, Mathematics, Social Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, the syllabus of the students will be completed by downloading videos of Economics.
