QS World University Rankings 2024:QS World University has released the University Rankings 2024 list. We all know that in this, ranks are given to universities around the world.
Different scales are set to assess the institutes around the world. Based on those parameters, the work of evaluating the institutes is done. After the assessment, the institutes are ranked. Recently the ranking list has been released. In this rank, the Indian Institute has established its place in the top 150 universities of the world. This well-known Indian institute is IIT Bombay. If we talk about rank then IIT Bombay has secured 149th position. And IIT Delhi got 197th rank.
This is the first time in the last 8 years that an Indian institute made it to the top 150 list. In the year 2016, IISC Bangalore managed to score 147 rank. IISC Bangalore lagged behind in the rankings. In last year’s ranking list, this institute secured 155 rank. On the other hand, if we talk about this year, then this institute has got 225th position. A total of 11 institutes have made it to the top 500 list.

Top 10 Indian Institutes included in the list of Top 500
IIT Bombay is ranked 1-149.
IIT Delhi is included at 2-197 rank.
Indian Institute of Science is included at rank 3-225.
IIT Kharagpur is included at 4-271 rank.
IIT Kanpur is included at 5-278 rank.
IIT Madras is included at rank 6-285.
IIT Guwahati is included at 7-364 rank.
IIT Roorkee is included at 8-369 rank.
Delhi University is included at 9-407 rank.
10- Anna University is included at 427 rank.
