Noida. Women Social Responsibility (WSR) cell was started by Community Radio Salaam Namaste. On Tuesday, the responsibility of women at the social level for the development of women and children was discussed in the Institute premises located in Sector 62. At the same time, during the program organized by the institute, child line coordinator Adnan Usmani, Sadrag NGO coordinator Alka Dubey as well as teachers and students of IMS Noida registered their presence as speakers.

Inaugurating the programme, Station Head of Salaam Namaste, Barsha Chhabaria told that Community Radio has started WSR cell today. This cell will work for the participation of women at the social level for women and child development. He said that in future WSR cell will work for health, education, security, rights and employment of women in rural areas. Women from the age group of 11 years to 65 years will be made members of this cell, who will be ready to make a positive change in the lives of young girls, young women and elderly women.

At the same time, during the programme, Alka Dubey said that today half of the country’s population has made its mark in every field. At present, from the Commissioner of Gautam Buddha Nagar to the present President of our country, there is only one woman. He said that whenever we talk about the rights of women, we have to follow our duties as well. Women’s equality is possible only when the women of the country go ahead and talk about women’s social responsibility. The same Adnan Usmani said that when a woman works unitedly with women, then only a beautiful society can be imagined.
