Haryana Board of School Education has fixed the dates for filing enrollment returns for students studying in classes 9th to 12th in the academic session 2023.24. Government and non-government permanently recognized schools and Gurukul Vidyapeeths having permanent affiliation from the Board can apply online on the link given on the official website of the Board. President VP Yadav and Secretary Jyoti Mittal told that all the school heads can apply without late fee from 09th October to 23rd October, with late fee of Rs 100 from 24th to 30th October, with late fee of Rs 200 from 31st October to 6th November, with late fee of Rs 300 from 07th October Online application can be made from 13th November and 14th to 20th November, 2023 with late fee of Rs 1000 and students can make online correction in details from 21st to 27th November, 2023. An enrollment fee of Rs 150 per student has to be paid for students of Haryana state and Rs 200 per student for migrant students of other states. He said that apart from this, the question paper fee of Rs 50 per student of class 9th and 11th will also have to be deposited online on the prescribed dates. After the last date of enrolment, question paper fee of Rs 1000 or as per the order of the competent authority along with fine will have to be paid, otherwise the school itself will be responsible in case the question paper is not received.

He said that those students who have already been enrolled in class 9th and have passed the class 10th exam from other equivalent recognized board instead of from the same board as a regular/free school, then such students will be enrolled in class 11th. There is no need to get it done. It will be mandatory for those students who have already been enrolled in class 11th to get re-registration done by the schools, for which a fee of Rs 100 per student will have to be deposited online.

He said that apart from this, students studying in class 9th, 10th and 12th who have already been enrolled and have failed in the examination or have taken admission again in the same class, there is no need to send their enrollment form again, only registration will be mandatory. For which a fee of Rs 100 per student will also have to be deposited online.

Board Secretary Jyoti Mittal said that while filling the enrollment returns of the students, it is mandatory for the schools to enter the father’s Aadhaar number along with the student’s Aadhaar number. If for some reason the father’s Aadhaar number is not there, then fill the mother’s Aadhaar number. At the age of 15 years, only the last four digits of the revised Aadhar card have to be filled. He told that the photographs of all the students studying in the school to be sent in the application form should be in the school uniform so that it can be clearly identified that a particular candidate belongs to a particular school.
