IBPS i.e. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is organized every year for recruitment to the vacant posts of Office Assistant, Officer Scale 1, Officer Scale 2 and 3 in all Regional Rural Banks (RRB). This year also this recruitment is being organized, for which the last date to apply is tomorrow i.e. 28th June.

Eligibility for a job in Gramin Bank

For the posts of Office Assistant, Officer Scale 1, 2, 3 in Gramin Banks, candidates should have a graduate from any recognized university or institute. Along with this, the age of the candidate should be between 18 to 28 years. Whereas, the age limit for Officer Scale 1 is 30 years and for Officer Scale 2 and 3 is 40 years. Apart from this, candidates belonging to reserved categories are given relaxation in age limit as per the rules of the government.

Selection Process for Gramin Bank Jobs

To get selected in this exam, candidates have to go through three stages. In the first stage preliminary examination is conducted. It consists of questions from Reasoning and Numerical Ability. Then there is the Mains exam, in which questions are asked from Reasoning, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge, English, Hindi and Numerical Ability. At last candidates are called for document verification and interview.
