Umesh Pal Murder Case: Raghavendra Singh, the second constable who was injured in the Umesh Pal murder case in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, died on Wednesday evening. He was being treated at PGI, Lucknow. Now the number of deaths in this case has increased to three, including two soldiers.
