Lucknow News: A major accident took place when the roof of a house collapsed on Friday midnight in Fateh Ali Rewale Colony of Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Five people of the same family have died after being buried under the debris of the roof. According to media reports, the roof of the house had become quite dilapidated after the rain. The family members were sleeping in the house at the time of the accident. After getting information about the incident, UP Police and NDRF team reached the spot. The work of removing debris is going on. On the other hand, there is a wave of mourning in the area after this accident.
Doctors declared him dead
After much effort, the NDRF team pulled out five people from the debris. He was immediately taken to Lokbandhu Hospital for treatment. Where the doctors declared him dead. There is an atmosphere of panic in the area after this incident. There is silence in Fateh Ali Rewale Colony due to the death of five people of the same family. There has been a rush of people at the incident site since morning.
Death of husband and wife along with three children.
Let us tell you that about 200 families live in Fateh Ali Rewale Colony of Lucknow. The condition of most of the houses of the people living here is dilapidated. Even after this the administration has not vacated the houses. Due to this, five people of the same family have died tragically. Those who lost their lives in the accident include a husband and wife along with three children. The deceased include Satish Chandra (40), Sarojini Devi (35), Harshit (13), Harshita (10) and Ansh (5).

UP Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya has expressed grief over this accident. He wrote on social media platform The state government has instructed the district administrative officers to carry out relief and rescue work at a rapid pace.
