All the accused have been booked under sections 304 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder), 308 (attempt to commit culpable homicide), 337 (causing hurt by negligence), 338 (causing grievous hurt by negligence), 287 (negligent conduct with honour). The incident took place around 8.30 am at the under-construction site of Amrapali Dream Valley Society in Greater Noida West, also known as Noida Extension, police said. Police identified the deceased workers as Ishtaaq Ali (23) of Balrampur district in Bihar, Arun Tanti Mandal (40) of Banka in Bihar, Vipot Mandal (45) of Katihar in Bihar and Aris Khan (22) of Amroha district in Uttar Pradesh.
