Devotees of Maharashtra gifted 80 KG sword to Ram Lalla: You will be surprised to know its length and specialty

Ayodhya Ram Mandir Updates:Since January 22, there is a steady stream of devotees in Ayodhya to have darshan of Ramlala. One such group reached Ayodhya from Maharashtra. The devotees presented a huge sword of 7 feet 3 inches long weighing 80 kg to Ramlala. Respecting the sentiments of the devotees, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has accepted the donations and kept the sword in the temple.

7 feet 3 inches long sword
Nilesh Arun Sakar, who brought the sword, said, ‘I have come from Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. I collect historical weapons. I have exhibited my weapons at many places. Now I have brought a sword for Lord Ramlala. Whose name is Nandak Kharag, which is like the sword of Lord Vishnu. The special thing about this sword is that its weight is 80 kg and it is 7 feet 3 inches long.

He said that if you look closely, you will find that the sword is made with dedication to Lord Vishnu Narayan and all his Dashavatars are included in it. The sword is made of steel and the handle is made of brass plated with gold. Nilesh said that it took him one and a half months to make this sword dedicated to Lord Ram.

Crowd of devotees gathered in Ayodhya
A huge crowd of devotees gathered in Ayodhya on Thursday, the fourth day of the Pran Pratistha ceremony. Facing severe cold along with fog, people have been standing in long queues around Rampath and the temple complex since morning. Devotees of all ages kept shouting slogans of Jai Shri Ram enthusiastically on the streets of Ayodhya. More than 5 lakh people got the opportunity of darshan on the first day after the Pran Pratistha ceremony.

Donation worth Rs 3 crore 17 lakh received in two days
On Wednesday, the Trust said that within just two days, Ramlala has received a donation of Rs 3 crore 17 lakh. This report is till Wednesday morning.

Last Monday, 22 January, Ramlala’s life was consecrated in the Ram temple in Ayodhya. The statue was unveiled by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. 8,000 invitees attended the event. Diwali was celebrated in the evening.
