The war of words between the supporters of Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and former Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot has now turned into a fight. The latest example of this was seen in Ajmer, where supporters of both the leaders fought with each other in the program of Rajasthan Congress co-incharge Amrita Dhawan. During this, there was a lot of kicking and punching between the supporters, due to which many people from both the sides got injured. The police kept watching as mute spectators. Later Rajasthan Police detained many people.
According to information, Amrita Dhawan, co-incharge of Rajasthan Congress, had reached Ajmer today. Supporters of Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot were present in his programme. Then suddenly there was an atmosphere of tension among the supporters regarding something. In no time, kicking and punching started from both sides in front of Amrita Dhawan, due to which many Congress workers got injured. The police have admitted many workers to the hospital. Let us tell you that recently former Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot had taken out a five-day Jan Sangharsh Yatra from Ajmer to Jaipur. During the yatra, he openly came down against Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. He had said that the Gehlot government should conduct an inquiry into the corruption in Vasundhara Raje Scindia’s government, but when the government is not ordering an inquiry, the government’s mindset is questioned.

Rajasthan elections to be held later this year
Significantly, Rajasthan elections are to be held at the end of this year. But the war between CM Gehlot and Sachin Pilot is not taking the name of ending. Pilot has now openly come out against Gehlot. They are protesting on the streets against their own government, due to which the party is in a quandary. Before the elections, this war between the two leaders can be heavy on the party, since Sachin Pilot is a strong leader of the Rajasthan Congress. When the Congress government was formed in the state in 2018, Pilot was the state president of the party. The 2018 Rajasthan elections were fought under his leadership. During that time the Congress had won. Supporters say that the 2018 election was fought in the face of Sachin Pilot. The pain of this thing is still in the mind of the pilot. They often question the decisions of the Gehlot government and also surround them with the demand for investigation of corruption in the Vasundhara government.
