National Investigation Agency NIA has filed the first charge sheet in the PFI case against extremists in Rajasthan. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday filed a charge sheet against two accused after probing the case related to the activities of Popular Front of India in Rajasthan and the agenda of violent extremists.

As per information, NIA has filed a charge sheet against Mohammad Asif alias Asif of Kota and Sadiq Sarraf of Baran, Rajasthan. Both have been charged under IPC sections 120B, 153A and UAPA sections 13, 17, 18, 18A and 18B. Both are trained members of PFI.

Both the accused have radicalized the gullible Muslim youth by making them believe that Islam is in danger in India and therefore PFI cadres and community themselves, with the use of arms, to protect Islam and establish Islamic rule in India by 2047. I needed to train.

The impugned accused are trained members of PFI who were involved in the recruitment and radicalization of influential Muslim youths for PFI to commit violent acts.
