Punjab Police is taking major action against drug dealers. Today i.e. on Wednesday, the police is running Operation Clean in entire Punjab. The aim of this operation is to make Punjab drug free. Under this operation, Punjab Police is conducting raids at 2300 places in 28 districts of Punjab, in which a total of 5000 policemen are involved and carrying out Operation Clean. This operation being run by the honorable government is being appreciated. It is expected that this operation will expose the drug dealers and a huge cache of drugs will be seized.

On the other hand, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) is adopting a strict approach in the Gangster Terror Link case. On the 17th of this month, the NIA carried out a major operation against the terrorists. Please tell that NIA had raided a total of 122 places in 6 states. Let us tell you that NIA had conducted raids in Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Giving information about this, the NIA had told that the terrorists are once again trying to spread their legs in the country. Terrorists are trying to strengthen their roots in the country by conniving with local miscreants, NIA is continuously taking action to stop this.

According to media reports, the NIA is raiding especially the houses of Khalistani supporters. Out of the bases on which the NIA is conducting raids, 60 bases are in Punjab alone. Let us inform that earlier also in the month of February, NIA had conducted nationwide raids. On February 21, the NIA raided over 70 locations linked to gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, Neeraj Bawana and his associates. These raids were conducted in states like Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chandigarh and Uttar Pradesh.
