Yesterday on Monday, the administration had said that internet service would remain closed till Tuesday afternoon, but today once again the date for restoration of internet services has been extended, while it has been restored in some districts. In such a situation, according to the latest update, internet service will be restored in some districts by 12 noon today.

Internet will remain closed in these districts

The Punjab government has issued an order saying that mobile internet will remain suspended in Ferozepur, Tarn Taran, Moga, Sub Division Ajnala, Sangrur and Mohali along with YPS Chowk as well as in the area of ​​Airport Road till March 23. As per the order of the Punjab government, internet services will remain closed in these districts from March 21, 2023 to March 23, 2023. All SMS services, all mobile internet and all dongle services provided on mobile networks will remain suspended in these districts. On the other hand, in Amritsar, apart from YPS Chowk and Airport Road, internet will remain closed till March 23 in SAS Nagar adjacent to both. Apart from this, internet services in the rest of the districts will not remain completely closed and will be affected.
