The District Court in Chandigarh has received a bomb threat. After which the police have started the search operation by evacuating the court building. Bomb squad has reached the spot in the district court. Giving information in this matter, the police officials said that a letter written in Hindi has come in the name of the district court.
In which it was written that today I will bomb Sector 43 and Panchkula at 1 am. My car is loaded with bombs, which is parked outside. As soon as the information about the letter was received, vehicles of the fire department along with top police officers have reached the spot. According to information, the police had received information that there was a bomb in the district court.
The police reached the spot and sealed the entire area and got the district court building vacated. While the police were getting the building vacated and starting their operation, people thought that the police was conducting a mock drill keeping in mind the Republic Day on January 26.
Along with the commandos of the operation cell of the police, the dog squad as well as the bomb squad and the reserve force have also reached the district court. A search operation is being conducted in the entire area. As per the information, nothing suspicious has been found so far. Same, in this case, a senior officer of Chandigarh Police said that we got information from the control room that there could be a bomb in the district court premises.
He told that since then the search operation has been started. For which the court located in Sector-43 has been vacated. The deployment of police force has been increased in the area. Chandigarh’s SSP including SP City, SP Operation, DSP and all top officers are present on the occasion. According to the information, it is being told that this matter is related to any terrorist organization or it is the mischief of some madman.
