Who is the owner of harda pataka factory: 11 people died and more than 150 were injured after the explosion in a firecracker factory in Harda, Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday. According to information received from sources, the factory owner was making firecrackers by ignoring the rules. At the time of the blast, more gunpowder was kept in the factory than permitted. In order to earn more profits, the safety of the workers was not being taken care of. Bombs and other firecrackers were also being made at the workers’ homes. The three owners of the factory are absconding since the explosion.

Who is the owner of Harda Firecracker Factory?
The firecracker factory in Harda where the explosions took place on Tuesday was jointly run by Rajesh Aggarwal Raju, Somesh Aggarwal Somu and Pradeep Aggarwal. Of these, Rajesh Aggarwal has already gone to jail. This factory was running for the last 25 years. Earlier too, it had come to light that the factory was not following the rules. In view of the irregularities taking place in the factory, the SP had once recommended canceling the license of this factory.

A warehouse was built outside the factory.
Generally, firecracker factories have to follow many safety rules along with obtaining a license. According to the rules, only the work of preparing firecrackers can be done in any firecracker manufacturing unit. Prepared firecrackers cannot be stored in the factory unit. The local administration decides at what distance the warehouse will be from the factory. In Harda, the owners had built a warehouse on the main road outside the factory. This was the reason that the fire spread from the factory to the firecrackers kept in the warehouse and explosions started happening.

The culprits will be punished: Deputy CM
Madhya Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla said after the blast that the Chief Minister has taken immediate action in this matter. The government is providing all possible help to the injured. This matter will be fully investigated. Action will be taken against whoever is found guilty. Along with this, BJP state president Vishnudutt Sharma said that there is a BJP government in Madhya Pradesh. The culprits in this case will not be spared.
