Bhopal. During the budget being presented by Finance Minister Jagdish Deora in the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly, the Congress created a ruckus and walked out of the House raising slogans. The Congress members came out of the House raising slogans and sat on a dharna in front of the statue of Mahatma Gandhi. The Congress was today protesting against the sudden increase in the prices of domestic gas. Gas cylinder in Bhopal has increased by Rs 50 to Rs 1108.5 from today.
Leader of Opposition raised the matter
During the budget speech, the matter of increase in the prices of cooking gas was raised by the Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly, Dr. Govind Singh. Along with this, Congress MLAs fiercely opposed the budget speech of the Finance Minister. Many Congress MLAs including Tarun Bhanot, Jaivardhan Singh, Jeetu Patwari made a lot of noise inside the House along with Dr. Govind Singh. After this, all the Congress MLAs came out shouting slogans in the House and sat on a dharna.
