Umaria: The accident happened due to tire burst of a heavy bus carrying villagers going to attend CM Shivraj’s programme. Due to which 4 people died on the spot. So some of the same people got badly injured. Today, His Excellency Governor Mangubhai Patel and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan reached Umaria district hospital to meet him.

Strict instructions given to doctors

Where he met the family members of the deceased and the injured and discussed with them and inquired about their condition. During this, the CM gave strict instructions to the doctors. Along with this, it was said that proper treatment should be given to the injured and better facilities should be provided to them. After this, CM Shivraj ordered the officers to give compensation of Rs 10-10 lakh to the families of the deceased and Rs 50-50 thousand as assistance to the injured. Along with this, it has been announced to give government jobs to the relatives of the deceased as per their eligibility.

The accident happened on the National Highway Over Bridge in Ghangri

Let us tell you that this accident happened this morning on the National Highway Over Bridge located at Ghangri in Umaria district. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot and immediately sent the injured to the hospital for treatment. After which the police established a marg and started the investigation. According to sources, the accident happened due to tire burst. Due to which there was a long jam on the road. The police had to work hard to clear the jam.

Congress leaders demanded compensation

During this, Congress workers, President Ajay Singh, Tribhuvan Pratap Singh, Raghunath Soni, Hiresh Mishra and other leaders who reached the accident site demanded compensation of 10 lakh each from the government. Meanwhile, expressing grief over the incident, Ajay Singh has demanded the government to give Rs 10 lakh each to the dependents of the deceased as immediate relief and Rs 5 lakh each to the injured along with government jobs. So far 3 people have died in this accident. So there will be more than 20 injured, the condition of some of them is said to be very critical.
