During the hearing, the ATS did not seek extension of the remand of the suspected terrorists. All 10 suspected terrorists have been sent to jail. There has been a big disclosure in the connection of terrorist organization Hizb ur Tahrir (Hut) with SIMI.
It is being told that with the help of SIMI’s network, all these terrorists were trying to run a big gang in Madhya Pradesh. During interrogation of the terrorists, it has been revealed that funds were sent to Salim through Sajid Nagauri, a member of HUT organization SIMI. This funding was done twice during the meeting in Mahidpur. Salim Sajid Nagauri and Salim had camped in Hyderabad.

The ATS team produced the terrorists in the Bhopal NIA court amid tight security. After hearing the whole matter, the court on Wednesday issued instructions to send all the 10 terrorists to jail. It was believed that the ATS may once again request the court to take these terrorists on remand.
Earlier, during the hearing in this case, the court had already sent 6 terrorists to jail. 10 of the 16 terrorists were taken on remand by the ATS after the court’s order. The date of remand was to end on 24 May. For which the terrorists had to be produced in the court.
