Bhopal. The severity of cold is increasing in Madhya Pradesh. Fog covered more than 32 cities including Bhopal on Tuesday morning. Visibility remained less than 10 meters in many cities. It drizzled in Gwalior, Bhind and Raisen at night. According to meteorologists, hail may fall in the western part of Madhya Pradesh in the next 1-2 days.

Light rain expected in these cities in the next 24 hours
According to meteorologist HS Pandey, hailstorm and light rain has been predicted in Malwa (Ujjain division) today. This will happen when the new system becomes active. After January 11, there will be severe cold even at night. In the next 24 hours, there may be light rain in Bhopal division including Ujjain, Mandsaur, Neemuch, Shivpuri, Gwalior, Ratlam, Harda, Sagar. At the same time, there will be moderate to dense fog in Gwalior-Chambal division.

Schools will operate from 10 am onwards
On the other hand, in view of the cold wave in Madhya Pradesh, there has been a change in the school timings. Now till January 20, schools will operate from 10 am only.
