Bhopal. Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh’s union leader of Madhya Bharat region, Ashok Pandey has said that union work is increasing in Madhya Pradesh. Today people’s interest towards Sangh is increasing. He said that Sangh is playing an important role in social change. This is the reason why today people want to join the Sangh. The maximum number of them are youth. Prant Sanghchalak Pandey was discussing with journalists at the capital’s Vishwa Samvad Kendra on Saturday. On this occasion, Pandey gave information regarding the meeting of All India Representative Assembly of Sangh held at Haryana’s Seva Sadhna and Village Development Center, Pattikalyana, Samalkha.

Prant Sanghchalak said that the three-day All India Representative Assembly meeting, which started from March 12, was inaugurated by Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat and Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale by offering flowers on the picture of Mother India. In the meeting of the House of Representatives, an important proposal was passed along with the annual report for future work vision. 1474 representatives of 34 organizations from all over the country participated in the All India Representative Assembly. He said that Sangh work is increasing in every part of the country. In 2025, the Sangh is going to complete 100 years of its establishment. At present, the Sangh is playing its role in the important task of social transformation by working directly at 71,355 places. The Sangh aims to reach one lakh places by the next one year. Sangh work has increased even after the Corona disaster in the year 2020. In the year 2020, there were 62491 shakhas at 38,913 places, weekly meetings at 20303 places and monthly congregations at 8732 places. In 2023, this number has increased to 68651 shakhas at 42613 places, weekly meetings at 26877 places and monthly congregations at 10412 places. From the point of view of the Sangh, there are 911 districts across the country, out of which the direct work of the Sangh goes on in 901 districts. In 88 percent of the 6663 blocks, out of 59326 mandals, 26498 mandals have direct branches of the union. In order to increase the Sangh work in the centenary year, in addition to the regular Pracharaks and Vistars of the Sangh, 1300 workers have turned out to be Centenary Vistaraks for two years. These include 215 workers from Madhya Pradesh, out of which 110 from Madhya Bharat, 57 from Malwa and 48 from Mahakaushal have turned out to be Shatabdi Vistaraks.

Prant Sanghchalak told that from the point of view of the Union, three provinces Madhya Bharat, Malwa and Mahakaushal come in Madhya Pradesh. Union work is increasing in all the three provinces. In Madhya Bharat province, there were 1698 branches in the year 2022, which has increased to 2149 in the year 2023. In Malwa, 3977 shakhas are being set up at 2618 places. Similarly, 1797 shakhas are being set up at 1325 places in Mahakaushal. He told that today people’s interest towards Sangh is increasing. From the year 2017 to 2022, the Sangh has received 7,25,000 requests from across the country through Join RSS. Most of these are youths in the age group of 20 to 35, who want to join the Sangh for social service. The interest of the youth in daily shakhas is also increasing. 60 percent of the Sangh’s branches are student branches. In the last one year, 121137 youths have received the primary education of the Sangh. In the coming year’s plan, 109 teaching classes of Sangh education will be organized across the country, in which about 20 thousand volunteers are expected to receive education. Sangh branches are becoming the basis of social change. Keeping in view the centenary year, the Sangh will make special efforts for social harmony, family enlightenment, environmental protection, indigenous behavior and civic duties.

He told that a plan has been made to conduct a physical-oriented program at all the district centers of Madhya Bharat province, especially in Bhopal on December 11, 2022, a physical-oriented program was performed. 1834 Swayamsevaks demonstrated advanced use of punishment, Ghosh Vadan, Samata etc. Former Chief Election Commissioner Omprakash Rawat and Sarkaryavah were present in this programme. A ‘Sarthak Seva Kendra’ is being run in AIIMS Hospital by a Bhopal branch in collaboration with Seva Bharti, where necessary help is provided to the patients. The Sanghchalak told that the way the work of the Sangh has increased in the whole country, in the same way the work is being expanded at a fast pace in the Madhya Bharat province. Under the effort to make Rajgarh district of Madhya Bharat province a harmonious district, the workers conducted harmony survey and social study in 80% villages and settlements focusing on the local social challenge harmony. Coordination and harmony meetings were organized at some identified places.
