Bhopal, The work of finalizing the budget of the city government is going on in full swing. Apart from the proposals for electricity, roads and water, many major proposals are being included in this. In which proposals for wind project including renaming of Aishbagh stadium and roads will be put forward. Roads will be named after former Chief Minister late Babulal Gaur and Group Captain Shaheed Varun Singh, while a proposal to name Aishbagh Stadium after former Bhopal MP and senior BJP leader late Kailash Narayan Sarang will also be brought.

There is a council meeting on March 21 regarding the budget being prepared by the MIC members. In which the estimated budget will be passed. In this, apart from renaming of roads and renaming of Aishbagh Stadium, there is a plan to keep the proposed wind project in Neemuch in the meeting again. Although one wind project has been completed and the process of construction of another has also been started, but it is being included in the proposal again and again due to the inability to pass it in the Council.

– Proposal related to renaming the road from Jahangirabad Square to Punanpatra via Extral College as Babulal Gaur Marg after the name of former Chief Minister late Babulal Gaur.

– Proposal to name Barkhedi Pathani under Ward 56 as Shastri Nagar after former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri.
