Bhopal. A passenger’s health deteriorated on Tuesday in Dakshin Express coming from New Delhi to Bhopal. The passenger fainted in the moving train. According to information, while on duty in train number 12722 Dakshin Express between Veerangana Laxmibai Jhansi to Itarsi, coach conductor Piyush Haryan found a passenger unconscious in coach number B-1 coach number three seat. On checking the chart, the name of the passenger was Mahesh Bobde, who was traveling between Nizamuddin to Multai. Meanwhile, the train reached Bina station. At Bina station, another friend of the passenger who was traveling in general coach and as the passenger could not be contacted on phone, came in 1 coach to see him. The passenger’s friend also shook him and saw him, then the passenger was not responding. Meanwhile, the train had left Ganj Basoda and was about to reach Vidisha station. TT immediately informed Commercial Control Bhopal and asked to arrange for doctor and ambulance at Vidisha station. As soon as the train reached Vidisha station, with the help of deputy SS and RPF and other staff present there, the unconscious passenger was removed from the vehicle and sent to the hospital by ambulance. Due to the alertness of TTE, the life of the passenger was saved when he got timely treatment.
