Bhopal. After friendship on social media, a case of rape and physical exploitation of a nursing student has come to light. Ashoka Garden police have registered a case of threatening to kill the live-in partner including rape and physical abuse on the complaint of the girl student.
Station in-charge Umesh Chauhan said that the 21-year-old girl is originally from Betul district. She had come to Bhopal to study nursing. During this, in July 2022, he became friends with Chetan Sharma through social media. The victim says that after growing friendship with Chetan Sharma, the love affair started. Chetan used to do private job here. Later, both of them started living in a live-in relationship by taking a rented house. Some time ago Chetan got a job in Indore and he shifted to Indore. The victim says that Chetan Sharma had assured her to get married. After this he physically abused and now he is refusing to marry. If pressure is made on him for marriage, he is also threatening to kill him. Now he has switched off his mobile.
