MP WEATHER UPDATE:Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh recorded the second hottest day and night of November with Sunday and Monday day and night. Due to changing winds in the state, day and night temperatures increased rapidly. Damoh was the hottest city of the state, where the day temperature reached 33 degrees, while Narsinghpur recorded the hottest night.
The minimum mercury in Damoh district was 18 degrees, which is 4 degrees more than normal. The day temperature in Bhopal increased by 1.2 degrees to 32.3 degrees, which is 3.2 degrees more than normal. The night temperature increased by 7 degrees to 16 degrees. According to the weather center, not much change is expected in the next 24 hours.

According to meteorologist AK Shukla, there will not be much drop or change in the temperature even on Monday and Tuesday. After this there will be some decrease in temperature. However, after two days, as the winds change to north, the temperature may drop by two to three degrees. After this, another western disturbance will come around November 24, but due to it being weak, it will not have much impact in the state.
This year, out of 19 days of November, the maximum temperature remained between 32 to 34 degrees on 12 days. Whereas on 6 and 7 November 2022, the day temperature in Bhopal reached the highest of 34.3 degrees. This was the highest day temperature in the last 10 years i.e. from November 2013 to 2022. During the last 10 years, the maximum temperature here has been 34 degrees for three years and the temperature has been close to 33 degrees for only three years. This year also the mercury was 32.3 degrees on Sunday, which is half a degree less than on 19 November 2020. The night of 19th November was very hot. On 19th November 2014, the night temperature in Bhopal was 11.7 degrees. After this, on the same date in the year 2019, the minimum temperature was recorded at 13.8 degrees. Last year, on November 20, 2022, the lowest temperature at night was 10.2 degrees, whereas on Sunday the minimum temperature here was 15.8 degrees. So far this year, the nights have been warmer than previous years.
