mp school fees issues news: Bhopal. Angry parents protesting at the residence of Inder Singh Parmar, Minister of State for School Education, handed over a memorandum to private schools for collection of arbitrary fees and increase in bus fares. Under the leadership of Madhya Pradesh Palak Mahasangh, the parents of the children have demanded action expressing their displeasure over the increase in tuition fees and bus fares by private schools by about 50 per cent in the starting session. It is alleged that regulation of fees and related subjects, Rules 2020 are not being followed by private schools. Due to which the parents have to bear the double whammy of inflation and on the other hand private schools are increasing the fees every year.

According to the order and act issued by the government, the information about fees and courses should be available on the portal of the schools, even then it is not updated by the schools. According to the rules, the fees of the schools whose fee information has not been made available on the portal before 90 days and those schools have increased the fee by more than 10 percent, their fees should also be cancelled. NCERT books should be made mandatory in all schools, as well as a portal should be made at all district levels, where information about school fees and books and online tracing of buses is available.
