MP POLITICS:Chhatarpur. A case of code of conduct violation has been registered against Congress leader Digvijay Singh and Rajnagar Congress candidate Vikram Singh’s grandson Raja in Khajuraho police station. The crime has been registered on the report of BJP District President Malkhan Singh.
In the complaint made by Malkhan Singh, it has been said that recently Digvijay Singh had staged a protest in front of the police station by setting up a tent without permission. Regarding this, BJP State President VD Sharma had also targeted Digvijay.
Crime registered under 188
On the complaint of BJP district president, Khajuraho police station registered an offense under section 188 against Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP Digvijay Singh and his fellow leader Nati Raja and 60 other people.
Earlier, a delegation led by BJP state president Vishnudutt Sharma had submitted a memorandum to the Election Commission and the Director General of Police on the incident before voting for the assembly elections in Rajnagar police station area of Chhatarpur district. In which Sharma raised questions on registering a case of murder without investigation against 35 people including 20 BJP workers and protesting by Digvijay Singh without permission during the code of conduct and demanded an investigation. It has also been said on behalf of Sharma that police station in-charge Sandeep Khare and Chhatarpur Superintendent of Police Amit Sanghi, being of Congress mentality, came under the influence of Congress candidate Vikram Singh Natiraja and conspired to harm the BJP candidate with a view to give him political benefits. By participating in this, a false case has been registered.
