MP POLITICS:Bhaepal. Congress leader Digvijay Singh has tweeted to be alert about the economic situation regarding Madhya Pradesh elections. He has written in his tweet that the officials of the Finance Department of Madhya Pradesh Government need to be alert in view of the economic situation of the state.
Digvijay wrote that to fulfill the election agenda of BJP, top officials of the Finance Department are manipulating the figures and causing further harm to the already shaky financial condition of the state. 137 schemes have been banned by the Finance Department, while the budget of other important schemes is also being stopped unannounced and the government’s money is being diverted to the BJP’s election agenda.

Making allegations, Digvijay said that in this way the top officials of the Finance Department are creating huge liabilities for the future by postponing many important expenses for the present. I have received information that for this senior officers are pressurizing the lower officers to write the desired notesheets.
He wrote that I have information that many funds of many departments are maintained with the Finance Department. Out of that, money has been spent undeclaredly by the Finance Department for the election agenda of the government. Due to which the actual debt of the state is much more than the figure shown by the Finance Department. I want to warn the erring officials that after the Congress government comes to power, these activities will be thoroughly investigated and strict action will be taken against the erring officials. No matter what seniority he may have.
