Bhopal:Police Brass Bands are being established in all the police units of the state. In order to prepare for the establishment, the state level brass band training program was inaugurated at the Police Band Training School on Wednesday. During this period many senior police officers were present.
DGP Sudhir Saxena told
DGP Sudhir Saxena said that the police band inspires teamwork to everyone. He told that this program is being organized for 90 days starting from January 10. In this 90-day training, 100 police officers and employees of the Seventh Corps in Bhopal, 107 in the First Corps of Indore and 123 of the Sixth Corps of Jabalpur are being given intensive training in band playing and musical instruments.
330 trainees included
330 policemen from all the battalions of the state have been included in this training. Efforts have been made to quickly complete the target of setting up bands in all the units. In the first meeting held at the police headquarters, CM Mohan had given instructions to establish police bands in every district.
Training will be given by making weekly roster
During the training, the trainees will be given training on the subjects of physical exercise, drill, information about the instrument, instrument player external training and instrument player internal training (theory) in 08 periods daily as per weekly roster.
These corps were included
First corps in Indore, second corps in Gwalior, ninth corps in Rewa, sixth corps in Jabalpur and seventh corps in Bhopal have been included in the state level brass band training program.
