MP News:Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board’s Joint Director (Finance) Varun Baderiya has hoisted the tricolor on Europe’s highest peak ‘Mount Alburz’. Principal Secretary Tourism and Culture Department and Managing Director, Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board Shiv Shekhar Shukla congratulated Waderia and congratulated him on this achievement.

Waderia has done mountaineering course from Nehru Institute of Uttarkashi, an institute recognized by International Federation for Climbing and Mountaineering. Waderia said that climbing ‘Mount Elbrus’, 5642 meters high above sea level, was quite challenging.

benefits of yoga and pranayama

Waderia had done many levels of preparation before mountaineering. Was running and doing yoga for the last two months. He told that oxygen and air pressure reduces considerably on Elbrus peak. Due to their effect, breathing becomes labored. But due to yoga and pranayam, I got a lot of benefit and completed the climb before the average time. Waderia is a trained mountaineer, whose aim is to hoist the tricolor on the Seven Summits. The Seven Summits are the highest mountains on each of the seven traditional continents.

The temperature at altitude remains less than minus 10 degrees Celsius and the wind flow is quite strong. The wind and cold test you hard in the steep climb to the peak. Therefore, it is not only the highest peak in Europe but also challenging.
