mp news: Bhopala.The railway department has decided to remove the issues related to the problems faced by the passengers during the journey in the summer season after taking feedback from them. For this, railway officials and employees will take feedback from about one lakh passengers traveling from different stations. The number of railway passengers increases in the summer season, due to which the feedback will be taken from the people for the purpose of removing the negligence and related problems in the responsibilities of cleanliness and safety of the passengers. For redressal of problems, railway officers and employees will also take opinion while talking directly with the passengers.
Message will be sent to the entered mobile number
Feedback will be taken by calling and sending messages on the mobile number registered on the Aadhaar number of the ticket booked by the passengers at the reservation ticket booking counter of the railway station. Feedback from passengers will also be taken from the special railway cells set up in all zones of the railway. With this effort being made by the Railway Department, railway passengers will be able to get convenient facilities during their journey in the coming times.
