Bhopal ; Important information for the students studying from 9th to 12th class in government schools, Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education is starting the quarterly examinations from 9th to 12th from 12th September, which will continue till 21st September. Regarding this, preparations have also been intensified in schools. Please note that this examination will be conducted in two shifts. The exams for class 9th and 10th will be held from 9 am to 12 noon. So the same for 11th and 12th will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm. In which more than 35 lakh students will participate.

Public education issued instructions for principals

For this, the question paper will be sent by the Directorate of Public Instruction (DPI) on Monday. All principals have been instructed to give the responsibility to a teacher for photocopying or printing of question papers. In schools where there are no photocopy machines, teachers will go to the shop and get photocopies of the question papers distributed to the students. During this, the teacher will also have to keep in mind that the photocopier should not save the question paper. Also, not a single question paper was left there.

Five marks of the examination will also be added to the annual examination.

This time the education board has also made changes in the exam pattern. This time the exams will be conducted on board pattern. Directorate of Public Instruction (DPI) has released the timetable regarding quarterly examinations. The first paper will be of English. Along with this, five marks of this examination will also be added to the annual examination.

Practical examinations will also be held between 12th to 21st September.

Examinations for practical subjects from class 9th to 12th will also be conducted between September 12 and September 21. It will be mandatory for students to be present in the examination hall 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Answer sheets should be distributed to the students 10 minutes before the commencement of the examination and question papers should be distributed five minutes before.
