MP NEWS:Khandva. Former Chairman of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) K. Sivan (K Sivan) reached Omkareshwar on Tuesday. Tight security arrangements were made in Omkareshwar for the safety of space scientist K Shivan, who played an important role in India’s Mangalyaan mission.
K Sivan along with his family visited Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas, and offered prayers. While discussing with the media, space scientist K Sivan said that he has come here to pray to Omkareshwar Maharaj for the well-being of the Indian people.
He said that he came to Omkareshwar and offered prayers to wish that the upcoming missions of ISRO should be successful. He said that he is serving in IIT in Indore and Omkareshwar is nearby and how could he remain untouched by darshan while living here. Other officials of IIT Indore were also present with him.
When the former ISRO Chairman reached Omkareshwar, the people present here honored him with great affection. Every citizen of the country is feeling proud with the success of Chandrayaan 3 this year. In such a situation, after finding the former ISRO Chairman among them, people met him with great curiosity and intimacy.
