mp news: Bhopal. After the sun sets on Tuesday evening, a wonderful astronomical sight will be seen in the western sky. In which the sickle-shaped moon will be seen between the shining Venus and the red planet Mars. Gemini constellation will be seen matching with other stars. National award-winning science broadcaster Sarika Gharu told that after sunset, with the end of the redness, when Venus (Venus) is spreading its brightness with the sickle moon, Mars (Mars) will be above it with redness. Nearby, the twin stars Pollux and Castor of the Gemini constellation will also be a part of the reunion. Along with this, the Beehive star cluster will also be visible around them.

The blue star is 2.7 times more massive than the Sun

Sarika told in Vidya Vigyan program that the distance between these celestial bodies will be crores of kilometers when they meet, but the angle formed by them with the earth will be such that they will be seen from meeting. Among the stars called twin stars, Pollux is 33 light-years away and is an evolved red giant star that is twice as massive as our Sun. While Castor is a blue star 51 light years away which is 2.7 times more massive than our Sun. According to Roman mythology, Pollux and Castor represent twin brothers.

Moon likely to move closer to Mars

Sarika told that in this astronomical event, the moon will also be seen near a group of about 1000 stars called the Beehive Star Cluster. This scene can also be seen in the evening sky on Wednesday (May 24) but by then the Moon would have advanced further and reached closer to Mars. In this way, the mesmerizing scene of the meeting ceremony of planets, stars and satellites is going to be seen. It can be seen before 10 pm on both the days.
