The Bhopal collector has directed to give an award of Rs 5,000 to government officers and employees who have done good work in the Chief Minister’s public service campaign. Collector Ashish Singh said that the second phase of Chief Minister’s public service campaign is being organized from May 10 to 31. Under which camps are being organized in different areas of the district. While giving the information, the Collector said that department-wise, gram panchayat, municipal corporation and municipality’s ward-wise, 100 percent and within the time limit of the campaign, the officers of the department have been directed to ensure that the services provided under the Chief Minister’s Employees will be given an amount of five thousand rupees and a certificate of appreciation at the district level as a reward.
Departmental officers will work even on holidays
In this campaign, mainly 67 services related to civil service are being provided, as well as special attention is also being paid to the disposal of already pending cases in the Chief Minister Helpline. Collector Bhopal, after sitting with the departmental officers, has given instructions to complete the related works on Saturday and Sunday as well. The Collector said that if any person has an objection or claim that he has not received benefits as per the scheme even after eligibility in complaints related to his 67 services under the campaign and it also gets certified, then in such a situation An amount of Rs 500 will be given as dividend to the beneficiary. This amount will be recovered as penalty from the District Officer of the concerned department. For which the concerned officers themselves will be responsible.
