Sister, making the life of daughters easy is the priority of our government. For this purpose only Ladli Lakshmi, Chief Minister Kanya Vivah and Ladli Bahna Yojana were implemented. The Chief Minister virtually participated in the mass marriage conference organized under the Chief Minister Kanya Vivah Yojana in Kesli district of Sagar from the residence office and blessed the bride and groom. 240 couples tied the knot in the conference.
Instructions given to Collector Sagar
Shivraj said that marriage is a sacrament, it is a bond of souls and togetherness for birth after birth. He wished that the newly-married couple would live in love, enhance the honor and prestige of both the families, fulfill the seven vows and also contribute towards the welfare of the society. He has given instructions to Collector Sagar that the government schemes and programs for which the bride and groom are eligible, should be given the benefits of those schemes. District President Smt. Devi Bai Lodhi, Vice President Smt. Rekha Rani, people’s representatives and family members of the bride and groom were present in the conference.
