Senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh has congratulated the Bihar government on the issue of caste census being conducted in the state of Bihar. After the statements of Rahul Gandhi and Kamal Nath, Digvijay has said that if Congress government comes to power in the state, caste census will be conducted.

Expressing happiness over the release of the report of caste based census of Nitish government in Bihar, Digvijay praised the Bihar government.
