Madhya Pradesh is now preparing to give pension to workers who have crossed the age of 60 years. State Labour, Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Prahlad Patel discussed this matter with the officers in the review meeting held in Bhopal last day.

Labor Minister Prahlad Patel believes that workers in the unorganized sector work hard all their lives, but in old age, when their hands and legs start failing, they have no support for survival. In such a situation, he starts feeling helpless. If some amount is received as pension in a month, then the workers will be able to meet their expenses in old age.
