JEE ADVANCED EXAM 2023: Registration is over, more than 5 thousand students of Indore are included in it

The ongoing registration window for JEE Advanced Exam 2023 has been closed on this Monday. In this, out of 2.5 lakh students who gave JEE MAINS, about 1.9 lakh have qualified for Advanced, in which the number of students appearing from Indore is more than 5 thousand. After the decline in the number of students for the last few years, there has been an increase this year. There was a decrease in this number from the year 2014 to 2022.

According to the reports, out of 2.5 lakh mains qualifiers, the number of registered students is 1.9 lakh, out of which the number of girl students is 44 thousand. This exam will be held on 4 June 2023. It is estimated that 61.5 percent of the registered students will appear in the examination. All the information related to the examination will be released on its website. The admit card of the students will also be issued on this website.

This year JEE Advanced exam is being organized by IIT Guwahati. According to the information released by the college, this year 1.46 lakh boys and 44 thousand girls have registered for the advanced examination. This time there has been an increase of 15 percent in the number of girl students. Let us tell you that out of 1.9 lakh qualified students, only 1.46 lakh have registered for the exam. Along with this, there are more than 100 foreign nationals who have registered for JEE Advanced.

In 2022, the number of registered students was 1.60 lakh, whereas in 2019, this number had reached 71.7 percent. The reason for this year’s increase is being attributed to the corona virus. All these exams will be held in the designated exam centers. JEE Advanced centers are not in foreign countries, that is why all the foreign students will appear in the centers of the country only.
