Indore.You must have heard the news of the accused running away from jail, but something happened that the jawans had to run away with the accused. In fact, a sudden fire broke out in the Crime Branch police station of Indore city on Sunday morning. After which there was chaos, computer and some documents were burnt in the fire. By the time the fire brigade arrived, the fire spread to the entire police station. Due to the fire, smoke filled the crime branch police station and the accused started shouting loudly. After which the jawans immediately had to shift him out of the jail to other police stations. When the fire broke out, there were four to five accused in the police station. All of them were taken out safely.
According to SI of Fire Brigade, government documents, case diaries, computers have been damaged in the fire. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. The fire may have started due to short circuit. There has been no loss of life. The fire was also brought under control in time.
