‘I will not be forgiven, Modiji had said’: Pragya Thakur said on being denied ticket from Bhopal, know why the Prime Minister was angry?

BJP MP Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur: The BJP top leadership has decided not to field its sitting MP from Madhya Pradesh capital Bhopal, Pragya Singh Thakur in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Pragya Thakur herself is sad about this. His pain came out on Sunday. Why was the ticket canceled? In response to this question, Pragya Thakur said that I may have used some words which Prime Minister Narendra Modi did not like. They may have been sad. He once said that he would not be forgiven.

Didn’t ask for ticket before, nor is asking for it now
Pragya Thakur further claimed that she had neither asked for a ticket in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections nor is she asking now. It is possible that in the past I might have given some statement, used such words, perhaps Prime Minister Modi might not have been happy and he canceled the ticket. However, I had already apologized to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for my statements.

Tickets of 33 sitting MPs including Pragya canceled
BJP released the list of 195 candidates on Saturday, March 2. Pragya Singh Thakur is one of the 33 sitting BJP MPs whose names were missing from the BJP’s first list. Current Bhopal MP Pragya Thakur is an accused in the Malegaon blast case. Former Mayor Alok Sharma has been given the ticket in his place. On Sunday, Pragya Thakur had expressed her consent to the party’s decision. Said that the focus should not be on why the ticket was not given.

PM Modi had said- I will never be able to forgive
It is noteworthy that PM Modi had said in 2019 that he was not happy with Pragya Thakur’s rhetoric against Mahatma Gandhi. Pragya Thakur had created controversy in May 2019 by praising Nathuram Godse as a true patriot. PM Modi had said that he would never forgive Sadhvi Pragya for calling the murderer of Mahatma Gandhi a true patriot. The Prime Minister had said that I will never be able to forgive Pragya Thakur for insulting Mahatma Gandhi.

I will not leave the party
Bhopal MP Pragya Thakur clarified that she has no plans to leave BJP. She said that wherever the organization needs me, I will be available and whatever responsibility is given to me, I will fulfill it.
