Heat Wave: Maximum 3 degree drop in Bhopal, Sidhi brought some respite from the heat

Bhopal. In more than 20 districts of the state, including the capital, there was some respite from the heat on Wednesday due to the drop in day and night temperatures. Maximum decline was recorded in Bhopal and Sidhi. In both the cities, the heat wave has weakened slightly due to the maximum mercury falling by 3 degrees. The day temperature in Bhopal dropped by 2.9 degrees to 32.3 degrees, which is 3 degrees more than normal. In Sidhi, the temperature dropped by 2.8 degrees to 34 degrees, which is 5 degrees above normal. According to the Meteorological Center, not much change is expected for two days. The lowest minimum temperature of the state was recorded at 10 degrees in Umaria and 9.8 degrees in Malajkhand. The highest day temperature in the state was recorded at 36 degrees in Damoh. It is 6 degrees more than normal. It was hot here.

It remained up to 35 degrees in the districts of Khargone, Khandwa, Rajgarh, Umaria, Mandla, Khajuraho etc. The average mercury in these cities was 5 degrees above normal. Mild heat was felt here. The maximum temperature in the cities of Sagar, Seoni, Chhindwara, Jabalpur, Dhar, Guna, Gwalior, Ratlam, Shivpuri etc. was between 33 and 34 degrees. Despite an average drop of two degrees in temperature in more than 20 districts of the state, the average mercury remained 4 degrees above normal. Not much change is expected in the next two days.

According to meteorologist AK Shukla, the winds are getting colder in Gujarat and Rajasthan, due to which the temperature of the winds has decreased in the state as well. Right now the winds are western and north-westerly, due to which the temperature is decreasing in the state. Not much change in temperature is expected for two days.
