Bhopal. A case of rape of a fourteen-year-old minor by a neighboring youth has come to light in the Ashoka Garden police station area. The incident is being told on February 13 last. The accused had taken her gold chain after raping her. When the mother asked about the chain, the minor, giving information about the chain, told about the rape that happened to him. After this, the family took him to the police station and registered the case. Police have arrested the accused. Station in-charge Umesh Chauhan told that the fourteen-year-old minor studies in seventh grade. The house in which she lives on rent. Umar Ali, 19, also lives there. Both were friends because of living in the same house on rent. Umar had to attend a wedding and Umar demanded a gold chain from the victim. Due to friendship, the victim gave him the chain. The victim told the police that she had come to give the chain, when Umar raped her. When the mother did not see the chain around the girl’s neck, she inquired about the chain. During this he told that he had given the chain to Umar Ali. He told that Umar Ali is his friend and he had asked for the chain on 13 February. When she went to the room to give the chain, Umar had physical relations with her. The family reached the police station with the victim and lodged a complaint. Police have arrested the accused by registering a case under sections of Rape and Paxo Act.
Divorced girl raped on the pretext of marriage
A case of rape and physical exploitation of a divorced girl living in this police station area has come to the fore. Police said that the 21-year-old girl is divorced. He was identified with Talib living in the area. Talib gave her the pretext of marriage and about 11 months ago in March 2021, he called her to meet for the first time at Hotel Smart. There he raped the girl in the hotel. After this, he was having a physical relationship with her in a rented house in Gautam Nagar. When the victim asked him to marry, he refused to marry. After this the matter reached the police station.
