Jabalpur. Information is being received about two different incidents in Madhya Pradesh on Sunday, according to which 5 people died due to drowning in the river. In Jabalpur, the only son of former district president of BJP and his friend drowned in Narmada. In Harda, 3 minors died due to drowning in Ajnal river. The first incident took place in Jabalpur at 10 am. In which Atul Patel (24), the only son of former BJP district president Shiv Patel, went to bathe at Dadda Ghat of Narmada river with his friends. An accident happened there in which a friend Anurag Lodhi alias Satyam (23) did not know how to swim. He started flowing while taking a bath. In an attempt to save her, Atul also went into deep water.
When the police officers of Tilwara police station came to know about the incident, divers and police reached the spot. After half an hour the dead bodies of both could be recovered. The bodies of both were recovered after half an hour. President of Madhya Pradesh Backward Classes Commission Gaurishankar Bisen, Tourism Corporation President Vinod Gontia expressed regret over the incident. MLA Ajay Vishnoi canceled all today’s programs.
3 died due to drowning
If we talk about the second incident, it is from Harda district, here at 12 noon three teenagers died due to drowning while taking a bath in the Ajnal river. Harda SDOP Archana Sharma said, all three have been identified as Sonu’s father Lakhanlal Baghel, Tilak’s father Dinesh Chaure, Mohit’s father Vijay Bamne.
