Bhopal. Builders are cheating the common people by promising cheap houses and plots in the capital. The situation is such that dozens of complaints are coming from the builders on the day the Collector comes here. SDM is also investigating these complaints. But common people have to go round here too. Dozens of such cases are pending in Tehsil offices.
Chokse Nagar DIG Bungalow resident Narendra Sharma told that he had bought a plot worth Rs. Even after taking the money, the builder has not yet given them the plot nor is returning the money. Collector Avinash Lavania says that the complaints coming against the builders are being resolved within the time limit.
– The builder sold the guard’s room
In Surendra Place Colony, traders have complained against M/s Girija Colonizers that the builder has sold the room meant for the security guard. In which now business activities have been started by opening a shop. Due to this the residents living in more than 500 flats of Surendra Palace are facing many problems.
