Bhopal. Former minister Deepak Joshi, son of late Kailash Joshi, the saint of Madhya Pradesh politics, former Chief Minister of BJP, finally did not agree. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, State BJP President VD Sharma, senior leader Raghunandan Sharma etc spoke to him but he did not listen to anyone. He announced that he is joining the Congress unconditionally. According to Jaishi, many other angry BJP leaders can do the same.
BJP had run the bet of installing the statue
Amid speculations of Deepak Joshi joining the BJP, the government had announced yesterday that a statue of late Kailash Joshi would be installed in the Mantralaya premises within 15 days, but this bet did not work for Deepak. He had vacated the government residence the night before. He has indicated that he will soon join the Congress unconditionally.
